Local conference about Online and Open Education – myMPeL ( www.mympel.blogspot.pt) with several activities and a participatory culture: discussion and debate about OER and Open Practices in online education, workshops about researching in an open world, and content and research presentations by students, practitioners, teachers and trainers in the field. The conference have participants from Africa, Brasil and Europe.
