The webinar will present the Open Educators Factory (OEF) platform, a tool aiming both to help teachers in Higher Education in developing their capacity to work with open practices (including open learning design, open resources, open teaching and open assessment) and to support university managers to understand the actual level of openness capacity of their staff. We will present the tools as well as its application to an Italian university, that will show that getting a full picture of a university’s openness capacity is possible, and can represent the starting point tu further enlarge the use of open educational practices within the institution. OEF is an open research project run by the Universidad International de la Rioja (UNIR).
