Reflections of my literary journey through OER

← Back to list of events
OER (Open Educational Resources) are often portrayed as a panacea to educational issues, offering financial benefits, creative resources and engagement to students, whilst the reality does not always produce such clear evidence of such. This paper will look at and discuss the current research position, the situation of OER in Computer Science at KS4 in the UK and highlight some best practice from around the world. There will be a final discussion of development points on how OER can be measured to impact student engagement across the campus at your university.
