Strengthening Student Research and Intercultural Competence: Open Education in International Virtual Exchanges

The presenters will share their journey of planning, implementing, and revising the assignments in their international virtual exchange courses to help students strengthen research and intercultural competence, using open educational resources (OERs). They will showcase the OER instructional materials and assignments. The faculty-librarian-instructional designer collaboration and the impact of OER will be discussed.
